Description: The warehouse is not in functioning condition and needs extensive repairs both in the interior and exterior. The bearing capacity of the structure is in a good condition, but the partitions are heavily damaged and new equipment and space organization is necessary. The building has been added some rooms by the former owner, which are no longer needed and hinder the proper functioning of the building. The entering ramps are rebuilt to support the weight of the machine traffic on them for extended periods of time.
