Description: A hospitality project in the mountainous areas in the outskirts of Tirana, offering both the breathtaking views of Tirana's highlands as well as the comfort of the modern bungalows. This project is intended to not only provide a unique weekend escape for tourists and locals but also opens new opportunities for tourism and helps develop the economy of the surrounding villages by hiring local people and promoting local products, found all around the project lot. The lot itself is 5000sqm and features a total of 2200sqm of built area.
